The Why:
Solena Security was created out of a need to provide focused CMMC support that is technically credible, operationally realistic, and actually useful. Many organizations do not need a vendor promising everything. They need someone who can understand the environment, sort out priorities, strengthen documentation, and keep the work moving in a way that matches reality.
Founder Led
Solena Security helps organizations prepare for and operate under real security requirements without unnecessary complexity or consultant theater.
The firm is led by Jun Abenoja, M.S., a cybersecurity professional with experience spanning offensive cyber operations, security assessments, and program execution in regulated environments. His background includes a decade of active duty service in the U.S. Army, with work aligned to the operational realities behind today’s Defense Industrial Base.
That experience drives a specific operating model: direct communication, steady execution under pressure, and respect for the client’s actual mission.
Credentials include CCA, CISSP, and PMP. More important than certifications is the working approach: clear about what is known, honest about what is not, and willing to close gaps through deliberate, hands-on effort.
