You know the job.
We know Cybersecurity.
Helping manufacturers and defense contractors sort out scope, tighten documentation, coordinate remediation, and prepare for compliance assessments in environments where IT, OT, outside providers, and day-to-day operations all have to coexist.
The Mission
Support for the organizations that support America
The companies supporting the Defense Industrial Base already have a real job to do. Build parts. Run equipment. Keep operations moving. Meet deadlines. Cybersecurity has to fit that reality.
Solena Security exists to help organizations make practical progress toward CMMC by turning unclear requirements, scattered ownership, and half-finished documentation into a clearer plan, a working cadence, and a more defensible environment.
Service Offerings
Solena Security provides implementation and readiness support directly to organizations, and Assessment Team support to authorized C3PAO’s.

WHY SOLENA
CMMC efforts usually stall for predictable reasons.
The boundary is unclear. The SSP does not match the environment. Internal staff, MSPs, cloud providers, and operations teams are all working from different assumptions. Controls may exist technically but still be hard to explain, prove, or maintain. Documentation gets written, but no one trusts it because it does not reflect how the environment actually works.
Solena Security is a founder-led practice built to close that gap. Our approach is structured, plain-spoken, and grounded in how organizations actually operate. No solution is the same, and contractors shouldn’t feel punished for implementing a clear path to practical security.
How Engagements Work
1. Understand the real environment
We operate in your environment, with your systems, and with the people who actually own the work. Clarify the boundary, the stakeholders, and the friction points.
2. Set the plan
Turn findings into a practical order of operations. Define what matters now, what can wait, and what has to be documented more clearly.
3. Drive execution
Support face-to-face implementation, documentation, evidence preparation, coordination, and readiness until there is real momentum instead of scattered effort.
